While waiting for Opera 10 I decided to create some sort of new logo, because I expect that at least Alpha version will be released with ugly and old one.

Nice idea with the first one, but it feels a little too much like the logo for Target stores: http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=target+store+logo&btnG=Search+Images&gbv=2

You should change the second one to look more like the first, i.e. make a small red circle and put the X in white in it.And please release the vector version 🙂
Both of variants are great, but as for me I prefer 2nd variant more 🙂

The logo to the left is one of the bester fan logos I have seen. Drop the circled ten and it would be really good.Opera Software could never get away with using the Firefox orange, though.
